These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CamSpritemobile application ("the App"), provided by Piyush Kaushik(Developer) (https://spritefix.app). By downloading, installing, or using CamSprite, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License Grant and Scope
Piyush Kaushik(Developer) grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use CamSprite on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).
2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
- Billing & Processing: All in-app purchases, including subscriptions and lifetime unlocks, are processed securely by Apple through the App Store and your Apple ID account.
- Auto-Renewal: For subscription plans, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your device Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
- Restoring Purchases:If you reinstall CamSprite or switch devices, you can restore previously purchased entitlements using the "Restore Purchases" button in Settings with the same Apple ID.
- Refunds:Refund requests for App Store purchases are managed directly by Apple in accordance with Apple's purchase policies (visit reportaproblem.apple.com).
3. User Content & Ownership
- Your Art: You retain full ownership and copyright of all photos, pixel artwork, and sprite exports created using CamSprite.
- On-Device Privacy: Your photos are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to any CamSprite server.
- Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to capture, process, and export any content or imagery you use within the App.
4. Intellectual Property
The CamSprite application, including its user interface design, pixel styling algorithms, icons, branding, and assets, is owned by Piyush Kaushik(Developer) and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
CamSprite is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Piyush Kaushik(Developer) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use CamSprite.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of your country or state of residence.
