What We Collect
- Google sign-in through Firebase (name, email, profile image, account ID).
- Questions and feedback you submit, linked to your signed-in account.
- Payment metadata from PayPal and Razorpay (order IDs, capture/payment IDs, status). Not your full card or bank number.
- Sprite files you upload for processing and export generation. They are not kept as a long-term art library.
- Basic device and request logs (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and reliability.
- Google Analytics events and Google Ads conversion tags (including signed-in email on purchase, when available).
Why We Collect It
- To process your uploads and generate previews/exports.
- To verify paid access for clean downloads.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and service disruption.
- To monitor failures, improve the product, and measure ads and checkout conversion.
- To review questions, investigate bug reports, and improve the product.
- To comply with legal and accounting obligations.
Who Processes Data
- Google / Firebase for Google sign-in and account/payment state.
- PayPal and Razorpay for payment processing and verification.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads for usage and conversion measurement.
- The host that runs spritefix.app to serve the site and APIs.
