- Account data from Google sign-in through Firebase: name, email address, profile image, and account identifier.
- Questions and feedback: messages you submit through the feedback form, together with your account identifier, email address, page, and submission time so we can review and follow up.
- Payment data: payment status, PayPal order/capture identifiers, Razorpay order/payment identifiers, and related transaction metadata. We do not store your full card or bank details on SpriteFix servers.
- Upload and processing data: sprite files you submit for processing and technical metadata needed to process them.
- Technical and security logs: IP address, user agent, request timestamps, error logs, and rate-limiting counters.
- Usage and advertising measurement: Google Analytics (GA4) events about how the site is used, and Google Ads conversion tags on purchase. Those are not anonymous totals only. On a paid checkout, the signed-in email may be sent to Google so Ads can match the conversion.
2. How We Use Data
- Provide upload, processing, preview, and download functionality.
- Authenticate users and enforce paid entitlement for clean exports.
- Process payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Monitor uptime, troubleshoot failures, improve the product, and measure advertising and checkout conversion.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
3. Legal Bases
Depending on your location, we process data for contract performance, legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, service improvement), consent (where required), and legal compliance.

- Uploaded sprite files are processed for service delivery and are not intended for long-term storage.
- Account and payment entitlement records are retained as needed for service access, accounting, and legal obligations.
- Questions and feedback are retained as needed to respond, improve SpriteFix, and maintain a reliable support history.
- Security and error logs are retained for a limited period based on operational and compliance needs.
5. Sharing and Processors
We share data only as necessary with trusted service providers: Google (sign-in via Firebase, Google Analytics, and Google Ads), Firebase/Google Cloud (authentication and account/payment state), PayPal and Razorpay (payments), and the host that runs spritefix.app. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
