ThumbSmash Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age required in your country) to create an account and play.
• When signing in via Apple or Google, you agree to provide authentic credentials and keep your authentication details secure.
• You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

2. Gameplay & Fair Play Rules

ThumbSmash includes global competitive leaderboards and community records. To ensure fair competition for all players, you agree not to:

• Use bots, automation scripts, memory editors, speed hacks, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Exploit glitches or bugs to artificially inflate scores, coin balances, or leaderboard rankings.
• Attempt to interfere with or degrade game server performance or leaderboard infrastructure.

We reserve the right to reset fraudulent leaderboard entries or ban accounts found violating fair play guidelines.

3. Virtual Currency and Items

• The Game may provide virtual currency ("Coins") and in-game items (skins, characters, audio tracks).
• Virtual currency and items are licensed to you on a limited, revocable, non-transferable basis solely for your personal enjoyment within ThumbSmash.
• Virtual items and coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the Game.

4. Platform Purchases and Billing

Any purchases made within ThumbSmash are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective billing terms. Refund requests must be directed to the applicable app store platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All graphics, character animations, pixel art, sound effects, music, source code, and trademarks in ThumbSmash are owned by Kaushik Digital Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Game without express written permission.

6. Account Deletion and Termination

You can delete your account and all associated game data at any time via the in-game Settings > Danger Zone menu. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

ThumbSmash is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piyush Kaushik(Developer) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Game.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of your local jurisdiction.
